Amara steered us around the lake...that is, around and around and around in circles on the lake. Nonetheless we made it under a bridge and around a little island in the pond at Liberty Park.
...got to sit in the heavy rescue fire truck. And yesterday at the street fair, she got to go inside an ambulance. Quite the weekend for service vehicles.
Here are a smorgasbord of pictures from our weekend in Yellowstone. I think I had under-appreciated what a great park it is...or perhaps I'm unwilling to admit its just been too many years since I was last there. I'm happy to report we didn't see any bear, but we did see bison, elk, deer, bighorn sheep and a marmot, as well as lots of geysers and bubbling pots of mud. We all had a good time.
