Amara's learning to swim and dance...she feigns a complete lack of enthusiasm, then enjoys it. Who knows? Today she pitched a fit, cried, wouldn't go into class, then later in the car said 'Mama, I was just tricking you this morning when I didn't want to go." Really?

"Mama, where's Laura?" (me: "she had to go home on the airplane") "Well, Mama, next time Laura comes she needs to stay for a long long time"

"Mama, Daddy's mean. (me: "no, he's not sweetie. he's wonderful") "Why did you pick him?"

New Year's in St. George

We went down to St. George, Utah in the southern part of the state with some friends for NewYear's. The weather was great, as was the company, and the pictures here are a combination from Snow Canyon State Park and Zion National Park. Happy New Year!
